Chapter 5 of this issue of Library Technology Reports (vol. 54, no. 6), “The Future of Virtual and Augmented Reality,” delves into the future of virtual and augmented reality, looking at the future of VAR devices, VAR’s impact, and how libraries are able to help shape that future. This chapter also explores virtual reality versus augmented reality and whether one will have more staying power than the other.
