Abstract


Chapter 3 of Library Technology Reports (vol. 52, no. 7), “Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager”

Shows how to use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to track usage in journal search and link resolvers. Looking at these distinct tools together will show how users interact with them and potentially reveal problems in the search process or the effectiveness of the link resolver.
