Chapter 1. Developments in the Library E-content Marketplace
Abstract
In chapter 1 of Library Technology Reports (vol. 51, no. 8), “E-Content in Libraries: Marketplace Perspectives,” report editor Sue Polanka describes developments in e-content offerings for libraries during the past four years. The chapter covers new functionality and models from major publishers, aggregators, and new entrants.
