Chapter 2 of
Library Technology Reports
(vol. 50, no. 4) looks at US academic libraries of all types grouped by total spending in 2012. Sharp differences in how badly non-serials spending has been hurt begin to show up in some size groups, with the smallest (and most volatile) groups showing the biggest drops in non-serials spending.
